Support for building bfd and opcodes as shared libraries, based on 

patches from Alan Modra <alan@spri.levels.unisa.edu.au>:
	* Makefile.in (LIBDEPS): New variable.
	(LIBS): Use -L../bfd -lbfd.
	(gprof): Depend upon $(LIBDEPS) rather than $(LIBS).
