Add entry I forgot to commit: 

* som.c (som_set_reloc_info): Sign extend constants from
        R_DATA_OVERRIDE fixups.
        * libhppa.h (sign_extend): Renamed from sign_ext.  Fix.
        (low_sign_extend): Likewise.
