Make -exec-run a proper MI commands. 

* mi/mi-cmds.h (mi_cmd_exec_run): Declare.
	* mi/mi-cmds.c (mi_cmds): Adjust.
	* mi/mi-main.c (mi_cmd_exec_run): New.
