Fix compile in the !HAVE_KINFO_GETVMMAP case.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* fbsd-nat.c: [!HAVE_KINFO_GETVMMAP]: Include <sys/user.h> and
	"filestuff.h".
	(fbsd_find_memory_regions): Fix `mapfile' initialization.
