* emulparams/elf32_i860.sh: New file.
        * configure.tgt: Recognize new target i860-stardent-{sysv4*|elf*}.
        * Makefile.am (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add eelf32_i860.o.
        (eelf32_i860.c): New rule.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
