* Based on patch from Martin Walker <maw@netcom.com>:
	* nm-i386sco4.h: New file.  Like nm-i386sco.h, but define
	ATTACH_DETACH, PTRACE_ATTACH and PTRACE_DETACH.
	* config/i386sco4.mh (NAT_FILE): Use nm-i386sco4.h.
