* ld-elfvsb/elfvsb.exp: Mirror ia64 non-pic xfails for alpha. 

* ld-shared/shared.exp: Likewise.
        * ld-selective/selective.exp: Disable for alpha.
        * ld-undefined/undefined.exp: Add alpha to dwarf2 xfails.
