* scripttempl/armpe.sc: Always start code at 0x401000, even
	if -r.
	* ldwrite.c (strdup): New extern declaration.
	* ldgram.y (atype): New rule to clarify type parsing.
	* ldlang.c (init_os): Remove commented out code.
	(lang_size_sections): Set SEC_ALLOC and SEC_LOAD bits
	unless told not to by the link script.
