* Makefile.in (DEVO_SUPPORT): Remove configure.bat and makeall.bat, they're 

only useful for binutils snapshots.
(binutils.tar.gz, gas+binutils.tar.gz): Add configure.bat and makeall.bat to
specified SUPPORT_FILES.
