x86: pass -mx86-used-note=no to assembler 

Since cfi/cfi-label.d is ELF/x86 specific, we can pass -mx86-used-note=no
to assembler.

	* testsuite/gas/cfi/cfi-label.d: Pass -mx86-used-note=no to
	assembler.
