* gdbarch.sh (read): Delete "print_p" and "description", add
	"garbage_at_eol".  Check for non-empty garbage at end-of-line.
	Delete references to print_p.
	(TARGET_ARCHITECTURE): Delete print predicate.
	* gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
