	(install-html): Copy new automake rule.
	(html): Depend on $(HTMLFILES).
	(gdb_toc.html): Rename to gdb/index.html.
	(gdbint_toc.html): Rename to gdbint/index.html.
	(stabs_toc.html): Rename to stabs/index.html.
	(annotate_toc.html): Rename to annotate/index.html.
