* ecofflink.c (ecoff_write_symhdr): Set symhdr->magic here. 

* ecoff.c (ecoff_write_object_contents): Make sure .bss section
	ends on a page boundary if there is no symbol table.
	(ecoff_bfd_final_link): Don't set symhdr->magic here.
