	* config/pa/xm-hppa[bh].h: Define FIVE_ARG_PTRACE.
	* hppab-nat.c: Delete WANT_NATIVE_TARGET ifdefs.
	ptrace needs 5 arguments, #define ptrace to always
	pass zero as the 5th argument.
