* Makefile.in (ALL_EMULATIONS): Remove eelf64alpha.o. 

(ALL_64_EMULATIONS): New variable.
	* configure.in: Accept --enable-64-bit-bfd option.  If it is set
	with --enable-targets=all, include ALL_64_EMULATIONS in
	EMULATION_OFILES.
	* configure: Rebuild.
