Subject: [PATCH] 	* coff-m68k.c: added R_RELLONG_NEG reloc type, and
 changed 	RTYPE2HOWTO to cope with same. 	* reloc.c
 (bfd_perform_relocation): added support for size of -2 	(subtract a
 word reloc type). Updated doc.
