Code Issues Pull Requests Releases Wiki Activity

* ch-exp.y: Removed unused structure_primitive_value and FIXME_23. 

* Makefile.in:  Add $(YFLAGS) when using $(YACC).
	* Makefile.in:  Remove message to expect conflicts and unused
	rules in ch-exp.y, since there no longer are any such.
