	* gdb.texinfo (Remote Protocol) <Overview>: Mention vCont is
	required for multi-threading support.
	(Remote Protocol) <Packets>: Mention that 'c', 's', 'C', 'S' and
	Hc are deprecated for multi-threading debugging.  Point readers at
	the vCont packet.
