* coff-alpha.c (bsd_alpha_howto_table): Cloned from alpha_howto_table
but with an added LITERALSLEAZY entry.
(alpha_adjust_reloc_in): Add handling of LITERALSLEAZY relocs. Use

(alpha_ecoff_get_relocated_section_contents): Ditto.
