	(_bfd_mips_elf_always_size_sections): Ditto.
	(_bfd_mips_elf_size_dynamic_sections): Ditto.
	(_bfd_mips_elf_finish_dynamic_sections): Ditto.
	(_bfd_mips_elf_finish_dynamic_symbol): Rewrote stub generation
	to allow larger symbol table indexes.
