* mpw-mh-mpw (CC_MWC68K, CC_MWCPPC): Remove unused include path. 

(CC_MWCPPC): Add -mpw_chars, disable warnings, add comments
	explaining reasons for various flags.
	(EXTRALIBS_PPC, EXTRALIBS_MWCPPC ): Put runtime library first.
