* btowc.c: Removed.
        * configure.in: Don't see if we need to replace btowc().
        * Makefile.in: Don't include LIBOBJS.
        * configure: Regenerated.
        * gnu-regex.c (regex_compile): Only support i18n [:foo:] if
        we have btowc().
