PR 7046: use unsigned compares in looking up items in the sorted symbol list, not signed; Also add --wide to print on wide columns

search, not signed.
(disassemble_data): If --wide, don't put a \n between the
disassembly output and relocation information.
(main): Support -w option being the same as --wide.
