* config/mn10200/tm-mn10200.h (EXTRACT_RETURN_VALUE): Fix case when 

extracting a return value from a register pair.
Fixes remaining failures in callfuncs.exp, but not structs.exp.

be two byte aligned. Round argument sizes up to two byte boundary.
