* linker.c (_bfd_generic_link_add_archive_symbols): It's not an 

error if an empty archive has no symbol table.
	* ecoff.c (ecoff_link_add_archive_symbols): Likewise.
	* elfcode.h (elf_link_add_archive_symbols): Likewise.
