endian hosts.
* configure.in (--enable-sim-bswap): New switch to enable using
the BSWAP instruction on x86's.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.in ({SWAP,CONFIG}_CFLAGS): Add --enable-sim-bswap
support.
