* stab.gnu.h: Add LAST_UNUSED_STAB_CODE.
* stab.def: Update to GPL2. Move N_WARNING out, since not a
debug symbol. Change comments, and reorder table to numeric
order. Update final table comment.
(N_DSLINE, N_BSLINE): Renumber from 0x66 and 0x68, to 0x46 and 0x48.
