* configure.in: Don't generate config.h from config.hin.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * config.hin: Remove file.
        * gdb.mi/pthreads.c: Remove include of config.h, and other ifdefs.
        * gdb.threads/pthreads.c: Ditto.
