* Makefile.in (GNULIB_INCLUDE_DIR): Rename to ...
	(INCGNU): ... this, and spell out -I here.
	(GNULIB_LIB): Rename to ...
	(LIBGNU): ... this.
	(INCLUDE_CFLAGS, gdbserver$(EXEEXT), $(GNULIB_LIB) rule): Adjust.
