mi_load_progress: Restore current_uiout using a scoped_restore

Simply use a scoped_restore instead of manually saving and restoring
current_uiout.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* mi/mi-main.c (mi_load_progress): Restore current_uiout using a
	scoped_restore.
