Remove duplicate call to add_file_handler.

This call to add_file_handler is a duplicate of one that is in
gdb_setup_readline that is always executed.

gdb/ChangeLog

        * mi/mi-interp.c (mi_interpreter_resume): Remove call to
        add_file_handler.
