* elf32-arm.c (bfd_arm_get_mach_from_attributes): New function.

Browse Source 
(elf32_arm_object_p): If the machine number could not be deduced
	from the notes, call bfd_arm_get_mach_from_attributes to get the
	number from the attributes.
