Remove usage of find_inferior in linux_stabilize_threads 

Replace with find_thread.

gdb/gdbserver/ChangeLog:

	* linux-low.c (lwp_running): Return bool, remove unused
	argument.
	(linux_stabilize_threads): Use find_thread.
