* emulparams/aixrs6.sh: Add SYSCALL_MASK and SYMBOL_MODE_MASK
	like emulparams/aixppc.sh.

	* emultempl/aix.em (sc): Use ${srcdir}/emultempl/ostring.sed
	instead of ${srcdir}/emultempl/stringify.sed.
