gdb/testsuite/ 

Fix s390x compatibility.
	* gdb.dwarf2/pr11465.S (DW_TAG_pointer_type): Use PTRBITS.  Twice.
	* gdb.dwarf2/pr11465.exp: Set ptrbits, use it for -DPTRBITS.
