ld: Remove Hurd-specific XFAILs related to weak symbols. 

This has been fixed properly, in glibc.

	ld/testsuite/
	* ld-elfweak/elfweak.exp (setup_xfail_gnu_hurd): Remove function
	and all usage of it.
