Remove VEC definitions from linespec.c

Since they are now no longer necessary, this patch removes the typedefs
and VEC definitions for bound_minimal_symbol_d and symbolp.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* linespec.c (symbolp): Remove typedef and VEC definitions.
	(bound_minimal_symbol_d): Likewise.
