* Makefile.in (do_maintainer_clean): Remove $(srcdir)/bfd-in2.h, 

$(srcdir)/libbfd.h and $(srcdir)/libcoff.h.
	(maintainer-clean): Warn about deleting special files.
	(bfd-in2.h, libbfd.h, libcoff.h): New targets.
