Remove Intel syntax comments on movsx and movzx
Since movsx and movzx are valid mnemonic in AT&T syntax, remove Intel syntax comments on movsx and movzx to avoid confusing other readers. * i386-opc.tbl (movsx): Remove Intel syntax comments. (movzx): Likewise.
