PR tree-optimization/58689 include/ * ansidecl.h (ATTRIBUTE_RETURNS_NONNULL): New macro. * libiberty.h (basename, lbasename, dos_lbasename, unix_lbasename, concat_copy): Mark with attributes nonnull(1) and returns_nonnull.
