Remove amd64_linux_gregset64_reg_offset.

	* amd64-linux-nat.c (amd64_linux_gregset64_reg_offset): Removed.
	(_initialize_amd64_linux_nat): Replace
	amd64_linux_gregset64_reg_offset with
	amd64_linux_gregset_reg_offset.

	* amd64-linux-tdep.c (amd64_linux_gregset_reg_offset): Make it
	global.

	* amd64-tdep.h (amd64_linux_gregset_reg_offset): New.
