Code Issues Pull Requests Releases Wiki Activity

* configure.tgt: Handle setting of bfd_gas for fmt=multi targets 

along with other formats that set bfd_gas.  Remove unnecessary
	setting of bfd_gas.  Delete strongarm cases in generic_target
	switch.
