* linux-nat.c (exit_lwp): Fix NULL pointer access.

(linux_nat_handle_extended): New parameter STOPPING.
	(wait_lwp): Call it with STOPPING equals 1.
	(linux_nat_wait): Call it with STOPPING equals 0.
