* config.sub: Accept hiux* as an OS name.
* Makefile.in: Change RUNTEST_FLAGS back to RUNTESTFLAGS per
etc/make-stds.texi. The underscore came from gcc, and dje now
agrees that RUNTESTFLAGS is the correct name.
