	* gdb.base/default.exp: Make all test names unique.
	* gdb.base/define.exp: Make all test names unique.  Conform some FAIL
	and TIMEOUT messages to their corresponding PASS message.
	* gdb.base/ending-run.exp: Make all test names unique.
	* gdb.base/long_long.exp: Remove duplicate test.
