* Makefile.in (options.o): Depend on defines.h.
(defines.h): New rule, go through config.h and make strings of all
of the #define HAVE_xxx macros.
(distclean): Remove defines.h.
* options.c (print_options): Print whether many of the
configuration macros are defined.
* main.c (main): If -t options and no filename, just print the
options, and don't print the usage message.
