GAS: Replace leading spaces with tabs across dw2gencfi.c 

* dw2gencfi.c (make_debug_seg): Replace leading spaces with tabs.
	(dot_cfi_val_encoded_addr, output_cfi_insn): Likewise.
	(output_cie, cfi_change_reg_numbers, cfi_finish): Likewise.
