* dwarf2dbg.c (dwarf2_directive_loc): Emit duplicate .loc directives. 

* gas/lns/lns-duplicate.d, gas/lns/lns-duplicate.s: New.
	* gas/lns/lns.exp: Run lns-duplicate.
