* Makefile.in (site.exp): Don't set ASFLAGS. Quote value of
OBJDUMPFLAGS in case it's empty. Use temporary names until the
end; make creating site.exp the final step.
(check): Pass in ASFLAGS.
* gas/all/gas.exp: Use all_ones proc. Change regexp for matching
C comments to avoid bugs in latest expect code.
