	* emultempl/vms.em: New file.
	* scripttempl/alphavms.sc: New file.
	* configure.tgt (alpha*-*-*vms*): Added.
	* Makefile.am (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add ealphavms.o
	(ealphavms.c): New target.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
